You know what’s great about working out from home? Well there’s at least three things that come to mind off the top of my head.
One: No commute! Even if your gym membership is only 15 minutes away by car that’s still a half hour added to your daily busy schedule on any day you’ve committed to getting in a workout.
Two: It’s free! Yep I know you can’t do every possible workout configuration from home, but you can do plenty to be effective, if you search out alternative ideas for most muscle groups or aerobic routines.
Three: Privacy! I don’t know about you but I don’t relish sharing my grunting and groaning with the rest of the general gym population. Plus, sometimes the bodily functions are working overtime and on a schedule all their own…just sayin”
