If you’re traveling and are able to pack a water weight dumbbell set this would be a great way to get a quick routine, get the blood flowing, and feel good after a long plane flight. Plus, you can do it in the privacy of your hotel room.
This simple and effective workout just goes to show that a gym membership or fancy equipment are not a prerequisite to getting a quality or effective workout.
