Change Your Routine – Change Your Body
When I’m especially busy I take comfort in a well known routine because I can knock it out without much conscience thought. This is to my advantage when I need to get in and get out quick. Some days it’s really a matter of getting it done and over with. It’s no more different than anything else on my daily to-do list.
Other times it’s all I can do to drag my sad butt through my routine and I’m so blah about the whole thing.
One way to combat the doldrums, and even better, accelerate your results, is to do a complete change-up. This isn’t nearly as convenient as staying with the familiar but it really keeps your muscles on their toes, and consequently, tends to produce better results.
