Here’s a great way to get down with an aerobic exercise that gets your upper body and core into the mix. While this may not seem like a traditional aerobic move it will certainly get your heart rate pumping. Try to mix it in with a traditional plyometric or Dancercise style routine to really bring your next session up a notch. (Not recommended if you’ve got weakness in the wrist area)
