Meditation while increasingly popular in today’s world may still be a little intimidating for most but it shouldn’t be. Don’t look at the ideas that pop out of nowhere into your mind as the enemy but work with them. Give that mind of yours with a million things running through it a job: to focus. Just watch your mind and move it to focus while breathing a series of inhales and exhales. That’s it!
