
Watch This And Tell Me Otherwise!
My previous post put forward the question as to whether or not it was sensible to add a resistance component to your regular aerobic activity. It just so happen that I subsequently stumbled across this video of a Vietnamese woman going through the paces at a local gym in Vietnam. I know this stretches the traditional idea of what most of us consider typical aerobics activity, but you can’t watch this and tell me there isn’t an aerobic benefit from the way her workout is run through in a circuitous fashion.
